With the assumption that we will catch our share of Alaska fish, I bought a 3.5 c.f. chest freezer that fits perfectly in the closet that was meant for a washer/dryer machine.  That way, we can take quite a bit of our own food; even things that we make ahead and freeze and bring home our fish.  Hopefully, we will be able to find a fish processing plant that will flash freeze the fish and then we can hold it in our little freezer and it will taste fresh-caught.
